1. Set up your profile and fill in your digital guest form - only the first time
2. Select the hotel you booked from the hotel list
3. Trigger Pre check-in 24 hours before arrival to share your arrival time and digital guest form

At the Smarthotel:
1. Simply sign the pre-filled guestform and receive your roomkeys right away or even receive the key to your smartphone*
2. Pay for your stay with the app at arrival to enable the mobile check-out
3. Check out with your Smartphone and pay minibar expenses securely via app
